Protein Recipes

 

Protein ‘Frosting’

  • 1 cup Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt (vanilla)
  • ½ - 1 scoop Protein Birthday Cake

(whipped cream / sprinkles optional)

 

Banana Bread

Combine in blender:       

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoops PFC
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup sugar free syrup
  • 1 cup reduced sugar dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

   Blend until mixture runs smooth

   Bake in greased bread pan @ 350 for 25-30 minutes

 

Protein Pancakes/Waffles(192 calories , 28g protein, 5g fat, 2g carbohydrates)

                       

  • 1 scoop BOWMAR Protein
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder         
  • 1 egg                                   

 

Protein Cookies (recipe yields 10)

   

Combine:

  • 4 scoops BOWMAR Protein
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup flour

 

Bake @ 375 for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet
